An architectural survey of the Gallo-Roman mole at Luzenac was done in 1965. The monument is preserved to a height of 6.4 m and is very similar to the mole of La Barthe-de-Rivière (Haute-Garonne) and mole I of Betbèze, at Mirande (Gers).
